In the Month of February , we kicked off our annual women empowerment programme .
Free skill Training for women to make them financially independent , employable and reduce inequality . Our projection is to empower 10,000 women between 3 to 5 years. These women we tag Visionary women are dogged and ready to rule their world but are financially incapable to make heads way .
This year for the first time in this journey , we had Partners we came onboard with Business Workshop and presenting sewing machines to 3 of our exceptional students.
Why the Business Training ?
So , they would understand how to manage their business ideas , put it in practice , put a structure , start and excel . We monitor everyone of them through our community mentoring sessions.
We have got results of some of them single mothers being able to send their children to school as well as assisting their husbands financially .
